A graduate Civil Engineer with an MBA in Project Management and Doctorate in Contracts and Organizational Leadership skills from Stanford University. Had hands on experience of construction of roads having AAA designation for Cement Plants in Himachal, Gujarat, UP, Uttaranchal, Punjab, and international standard of roads in Sri Lanka and Nigeria including 4 major bridges in Lokoja Province of Nigeria. Qualitative and exhaustive experience of over 2.5 Million cum of concrete and 12 Million Sqft of residential / commercial floor area with an exposure to overseas projects at Mauritius, Sri Lanka & Nigeria.
Core competencies have been, Execution Excellence, Team Leader, Construction and Contract Management – worked on Indian & FIDIC conditions. Construction of Integrated Townships including Infrastructure in India, Mauritius & Nigeria. Construction of India’s first Cash & Carry store for Bharti Wal-Mart at Amritsar. He has independently handled projects in India and at International level including Marine Construction (Construction of deep berthing jetty), Airport Construction, Precast, Structural Fabrication, Erection and Tunnel Works.

Worked in HPPWD for more than 39 years and retired as a planning officer with excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, multitasking, time management and working under pressure. Has an experience of handling jobs of Project Plans preparation / Project Drawings, DPRs, Quantity Surveying and Costing & Valuation of Projects as well as preparation / scrutiny of Contract Documents.

Having academic experience of 25 years and field experience for civil engineering construction, planning and designing, consultancy of civil engineering works like preparation of DPR of road, Underground drainage scheme, Water supply scheme of 10 years. He is a valuer for land and building asset since 6 years and panel member for about 10 nationalize and Co-operative banks. He is served as State quality monitor for 5 years for PMGSY Maharashtra state.
Handled road and bridge design projects for students and has been teaching Highway and Bridge engineering, Bridge design subjects for more than 5 years. Have designed 03 major Bridges and 17 minor bridges for PWD Newasa (MH)

1.Railway Over Bridge at Sampla, Rohtak PWD, Haryana.Â
This Rs 32 crore worth project is to ease the traffic on Delhi Rohtak corridor crossing the Bathinda Delhi railway line with its 690m length (16 spans of 17.5m and 350m of approaches + 60m railway span).Â
Designed superstructure including slab, crash barrier, bearings; pier and pier caps, 3 span module of slab, vertical and summit curves, expansion joints, RCC girder with haunches. Foundation design including piles and pile caps.
2.Design of Truss Bridge on JLN canal at Talwandi Sabo Rori Road In Sirsa Client: PWD Haryana Preparation of DPR with Detailed Estimate and Design of Truss Bridge of 28.5m span in Sirsa , and getting it proof checked from PEC Chandigarh .Â
3.Design of Single span plate Girder Bridge at JLN canal in Rewari Kot Kasim Road. Client:Â PWD Haryana Preparation of DPR with Detailed Estimate and Design of Plate Girder Bridge of 29m span in Rewari , and getting it proof checked from PEC Chandigarh.
